Construction Alert – Edgewood Avenue Sidewalk & Curbing Replacement Begins August 18th
Please be advised that sidewalk and curb reconstruction between #18 and #34 Edgewood Avenue will commence during the week of August 18th. Work will be performed by the Town’s contractor Peter J. Landi Inc. Weather permitting, construction is expected to be completed in 2 weeks.
Edgewood Avenue will remain open to traffic during construction. On-street vehicle parking is prohibited on Edgewood Avenue within the limits of the construction area during the working hours of 7:30am-4:30pm.
The project is limited to the portion of sidewalk between #18 to #34 Edgewood, located between the cross streets of Preston St and Weaver Street. Below is a map which outlines the impacted area:
