The Village of Ruidoso Emergency Operation Center has moved to Level I- Maximum Readiness. 

As of 5:25 PM, the Village of Ruidoso Emergency Operations Center (EOC) has activated to Level I – Maximum Readiness in response to Flash Flooding. This full activation reflects a major incident requiring immediate and sustained coordination.

All EOC Command, General, and Auxiliary Staff are directed to report to the EOC in person unless otherwise assigned. Virtual participation will be coordinated only as needed.

OEM is actively managing response operations, supporting field units, and coordinating with local, state, and federal partners. Regular SitReps and briefings will be provided throughout the operational period.
