The Village of Ruidoso Emergency Operation Center has returned to level IV-Normal Conditions.

As of 8:00 PM, the Village of Ruidoso Emergency Operations Center (EOC) has transitioned to Level IV – Normal Operations. This status reflects the continued improvement in conditions and the successful completion of immediate response and coordination efforts.

All incident-specific operations have concluded, and OEM has resumed normal monitoring and preparedness functions. While the EOC is no longer activated, OEM remains available to support recovery operations, damage assessments, and coordination needs as required.
