The Village of Ruidoso Emergency Operation Center has returned to level IV-Normal Conditions.

As of 7:45 PM, the Village of Ruidoso Emergency Operations Center (EOC) has transitioned to Level IV – Normal Operations. This status reflects the continued improvement in conditions and the successful completion of immediate response and coordination efforts.

All incident-specific operations have concluded, and OEM has resumed normal monitoring and preparedness functions.
