The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
Southwestern Lincoln County in central New Mexico...

* Until 515 PM MDT.

* At 430 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 14 miles
southwest of Bonito Lake, or 17 miles west of Ruidoso, moving
north at 30 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind
damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
Mainly rural areas of Southwestern Lincoln County.

This includes Highway 380 between Mile Markers 69 and 73.

Instructions

Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds and large
hail.

Blowing dust associated with strong thunderstorm winds can reduce
visibility below one quarter mile at times.
