2027 Street and Utility Improvement Project - Stay informed about the City’s 2027–2028 Casey Lake neighborhood street and utility improvement project. The 2027 project areas include Mesabi Avenue, Chisholm Avenue, Gerald Avenue, and minor work in Casey Lake Park and at the sanitary lift station. Work includes reconstruction of streets, sidewalks, water main, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer. Updates will be shared here as the project progresses.
