Town of Palm Beach Alerts and News Releases

The Town of Palm Beach has switched to a more robust communication platform. Advantages of this new platform include the ability to send location-specific messages based on a subscriber’s provided address, a mobile phone application to receive notifications, and urgent messages delivered with a telephone voice call.
The Town alerts and news release categories remain the same by text and email delivery. Existing subscribers to Town alerts and/or news release categories will automatically be switched to the new platform. HOWEVER, PLEASE NOTE: To receive location-specific emergency Town Alerts, all subscribers, whether new or existing, must enter their Town residential or business address. New subscribers can do this as part of the sign-up process by clicking the “Sign Up” button below. Existing subscribers can modify their account profile by clicking the “Modify or Unsubscribe” button below.
