River Trail Maintenance Project

Telluride River Trail remains closed Thursday, October 23

A reminder, the Town of Telluride has closed a section of the River Trail between Pine Street and Willow Street through the end of the day today, Thursday, October 23, 2025, to complete routine maintenance. The trail is expected to reopen by the end of the day. 

During this time, the trail will be closed to all pedestrian and bicycle traffic. Signage and barriers will be in place to mark the closure and guide users to alternate routes.

The work is part of ongoing efforts to maintain safe, accessible, and well-functioning public trails throughout Town.

Please plan accordingly and use caution when taking alternate routes around the work. We appreciate your patience and cooperation while this important maintenance is completed.
